We start by working with you to evaluate the building site and to place the new structure properly considering orientation, landscaping and exterior aesthetics. Once we have the foundation in and your new home or barn starts to take shape, we will guide you through all the choices that need to be made—materials, mechanical and plumbing systems, windows and doors, and finishes. Right down to the final details, we will work to stay on schedule and within the budget. So even though certain jobs can be done more quickly or more cheaply than we might do them, we always opt for doing the project the right way. Because of this approach, you won't have problems years down the road because shortcuts were taken.

We want to help you make good choices that take energy efficiency seriously, and we have the experience to do so. Much of the battle in building an energy-efficient home is in the details of how the building envelope is constructed, so we pay attention to these details—and get them right.
